 Qazi Emran Haq founded “Effective Communication For You”, a division of KAREAF Global Inc., a platform dedicated to empowering Bangladeshi students and business professionals through enhanced communication and leadership skills. With his extensive leadership background and expertise, he has guided thousands of students in sharpening their communication abilities and defining clear educational goals to achieve professional success. As an entrepreneur, his keen observations and strategic vision have continuously refined his leadership capabilities. His analytical mindset and problem-solving approach enable the organizations to uncover and address root causes, ensuring long-term solutions and sustainable progress.

 Mr. Qazi began his leadership journey at the age of 8 as a class captain at the Residential Model School and College in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He was honored twice as the Best All-Rounder—first in school, where he served as the college captain in Class 10, and later in college. With nearly 50 years of extensive leadership experience and exceptional communication skills, he is passionately committed to sharing his knowledge with people worldwide, particularly students in Bangladesh.

 Throughout his leadership journey, Mr. Qazi served as the Chief Operating Officer for six years at the Dhaka offshore office of the University of Malaya, Malaysia’s No. 1 public university. During this period, he collaborated with over 35 universities and colleges across Malaysia, strengthening educational ties and fostering academic opportunities. He organized 14 Malaysian Education Exhibitions in Bangladesh and numerous seminars, directly supporting thousands of Bangladeshi students pursuing their bachelor’s degrees, master's degrees, and Ph. D.s in Malaysia. His initiatives have made a lasting impact on international student mobility and educational advancement.

 Besides working in the educational sector, Mr. Qazi has also worked in several other industries, including the hospitality sector as a leader and CEO. With visionary leadership qualities, Qazi Emran Haq’s commitment to educational empowerment and leadership development inspires and uplifts students' skill sets worldwide.
